Snabbit, India’s first quick-service app for on-demand home services, is leveraging cutting-edge analytics and machine learning to optimize user experience and operational efficiency — an area where Anurag’s expertise shines.
With over a decade of experience across some of the world’s most innovative organizations, Anurag brings a deep understanding of analytics, product strategy, and business intelligence. Before joining Snabbit, he worked at CRED as a Product Analytics Leader for over three years, where he played a key role in driving data-led decision-making across multiple verticals, enhancing user engagement and retention.
Prior to that, he served as Senior Manager of Analytics at Dream11, where he contributed to data infrastructure and business insights that powered one of India’s leading fantasy sports platforms. His earlier stint at Swiggy saw him leading analytics for pricing, discounting, gamification, and marketing — initiatives crucial to customer acquisition and revenue optimization in the hyper-competitive food delivery ecosystem.
Anurag also brings valuable experience from his time at Uber, where he worked as a Business Analyst, focusing on market intelligence and performance analytics to improve rider and driver experience. His journey in the financial services sector includes roles at American Express and HSBC Commercial Banking, where he honed his skills in financial analytics, risk modeling, and strategic business reporting.
