Aditya has been associated with NatWest Group for over three years, most recently serving as a Data Engineer. In this role, he contributed to building enterprise-grade data pipelines, modernizing data ecosystems, and enabling insight-driven decision-making across business functions. His work has spanned complex data architectures, automation frameworks, and advanced engineering practices that supported NatWest’s strategic priorities in financial services.
Before joining NatWest, Aditya built a solid foundation in analytics and data operations at Axtria – Ingenious Insights. Over his three-and-a-half-year tenure, he progressed from Analyst to Senior Associate, leading multiple projects for global clients in the life sciences sector. His contributions included designing analytical models, improving data quality frameworks, and supporting large-scale commercial operations programs that enabled measurable business impact.
Aditya began his career at DXC Technology as an Associate Professional Product Developer, where he gained early exposure to product engineering, enterprise applications, and cross-functional collaboration. This experience laid the groundwork for his transition into the analytics and data ecosystem, shaping his expertise in technology-driven problem-solving.
