Prior to joining Premji Invest, Vikash served as Head of Human Resources at PayU, where he partnered closely with senior leadership to design and execute comprehensive people strategies for multiple product lines. His focus on leadership hiring, coaching, and strategic HR project management played a key role in scaling PayU’s growth journey.
Earlier in his career, he held senior HR leadership roles at Gojek, Lazada Group, Honeywell Technology Solutions, and Levi Strauss & Co.
