Simran Nair appointed as Vice President – Human Resources at Valueonshore (VOS) Advisors, bringing over two decades of global and GCC experience across HR leadership, organizational development, talent management, and people strategy. Based in Gurugram, she now leads the human capital agenda for the organisation, aligning workforce transformation with business expansion and future-ready capability building.
Before joining VOS Advisors, Simran served as Human Resources Director at Stem, Inc., where she partnered closely with executive leadership to drive HR transformation, embed a performance-led culture, and implement data-driven decision-making across the company. Her work spanned strategic HR planning, employee engagement, compensation design, DEI leadership, and culture-building initiatives, enabling the organisation to scale with a strong people-first foundation.
Simran previously led HR for Hexagon Geosystems, managing a 360-employee workforce through periods of significant organisational change. Her leadership in workforce planning, compliance governance, compensation benchmarking, talent management, and global recruitment strengthened the company’s capability to respond to evolving business objectives.
