Prior to her current role, Shweta served as Head of Human Resources at The Zuri White Sands, Goa Resort & Casino, where she successfully led HR operations and implemented initiatives that elevated workforce productivity and guest service quality. She also held leadership roles as HR Manager at Kenilworth Hotels & Resorts and Assistant Manager HR at Travel Food Services Pvt. Ltd, further showcasing her ability to lead HR strategies across varied hospitality formats, from resorts to travel retail operations.
Shweta’s professional journey began with leading hotel chains such as Alila Diwa Goa (a Hyatt brand), Royal Orchid Hotels, and Mahindra Holidays & Resorts, where she built her foundation in core HR functions, including recruitment, learning and development, and employee relations. With a deep understanding of Goa’s hospitality landscape, she has consistently demonstrated a knack for building strong teams and aligning people practices with brand goals.
