Based at Cipla’s Goa location, Parimal is now spearheading end-to-end recruitment operations for 10 manufacturing units, reinforcing the company’s people-first culture and strategic talent growth.
With a strong foundation in HR generalist functions, Parimal has consistently demonstrated excellence in workforce planning, employee relations, legal compliance, and HR analytics. Prior to Cipla, he served as Lead TA & HRBP at Intas Pharmaceuticals, where he managed talent acquisition at the SEZ location and led strategic HR projects such as PMGM module implementation, succession planning, and employee experience initiatives. His expertise in budgeting, HR consulting, and MIS has made him a critical asset in driving high-impact outcomes.
Parimal’s journey also includes impactful stints at Umedica Laboratories, Lincoln Pharmaceuticals, and K. Patel Phyto Extractions, where he introduced and implemented innovative HR practices like the “Star Performer” recognition programs, manpower norming exercises, skill gap analysis, and Six Sigma initiatives aimed at reducing attrition rates. His experience also spans sensitive areas like compliance with Factory Act provisions, contractor management, and handling union-related legal matters—highlighting his comprehensive HR acumen.
Holding a Master’s in Human Resource Development from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Corporate Legal Management, Parimal is deeply rooted in HR strategy, labor laws, and organizational development.
