Since joining Suntara Cosmetics, Om Prakash has been instrumental in leading comprehensive HR initiatives at the plant level—ranging from manpower planning and recruitment to employee relations and administration. A lifelong learner and HR strategist, Om Prakash recently completed the EDP in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur, in collaboration with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
