Prior to this move, Nachiket served as the Regional Head of Human Resources at Oerlikon Surface Solutions India for nearly 11 years. At Oerlikon, he successfully led the HR and administration function across Indian operations, overseeing critical functions such as workforce planning, change management, policy implementation, and cultural alignment. His efforts were instrumental in enabling business continuity and enhancing employee engagement during both stable and volatile market conditions.
Nachiket’s earlier tenure at Mahindra Gears & Transmissions Pvt. Ltd. (a Mahindra Group company) as Manager – Human Resources further solidified his operational HR capabilities. He was responsible for end-to-end HR and administration at the company’s Chakan plant in Pune, focusing on plant-level efficiency, industrial relations, and performance-driven culture. His career began with Ma Foi Randstad, where he gained foundational experience in recruitment consulting for manufacturing and engineering clients, setting the stage for his long-standing focus on the industrial sector.
