Anurag Saha appointed as Senior Vice President – Talent at Kedaara Capital, bringing a career shaped across leading organizations including Deloitte, SUN PHARMA, Aon Hewitt, ITC Limited, KPMG India, Unilever, Asian Paints, Citi India, Siemens, Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and Tala, marking a pivotal milestone in the firm’s continued focus on building high-performing leadership ecosystems across its portfolio. Anurag brings a distinctive blend of consulting, corporate HR leadership, and global people strategy experience, shaped across diverse industries and geographies.
With a career spanning workforce transformation, global talent strategy, organization effectiveness, and HR leadership across emerging markets, Anurag has contributed to people-centered transformation at scale. Prior to joining Kedaara Capital, he served as Director at Deloitte, leading key workforce transformation engagements while advising organizations on modern talent architectures and future-ready people systems. Before Deloitte, he played a strategic role at Sun Pharma as HR Business Partner for Emerging Markets, leading HR operations across 14 countries across the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia—driving standardization, capability building, and harmonization across culturally diverse teams and business environments.
Earlier in his journey, Anurag built deep expertise in organization design, rewards, talent strategy, and leadership advisory through impactful roles at Aon Hewitt, ITC Limited, and multiple marquee internship experiences across Citi, Asian Paints, Hindustan Unilever, and others. A graduate of Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), he represents the new generation of HR leaders who blend business acumen with human-centered strategy—anchored in execution, impact, and continuous learning.
