Rashi Mehra appointed as Director – Customer Experience at Wiom, bringing with her more than a decade of experience in customer strategy, user experience transformation, and partner management across high-growth organisations. She will be based in Gurugram, where she will lead initiatives aimed at enhancing Wiom’s customer engagement and service delivery frameworks.
Rashi’s appointment comes after a year-long career break dedicated to parenting, during which she briefly stepped away from the corporate landscape. Prior to that, she held a key leadership role at Infra.Market as Senior Manager – Customer Experience, where she was instrumental in building scalable customer-centric processes for a rapidly expanding construction solutions brand.
Before Infra.Market, Rashi spent nearly eight years at CARS24, contributing to the company’s growth across multiple customer and partner-facing mandates. Her tenure included spearheading customer experience operations for the Middle East as General Manager and earlier leading channel partner experience across India. Her leadership at CARS24 was marked by strong cross-functional collaboration, service design improvements, and capability-building across diverse teams.
Rashi’s foundation in customer experience and business development was shaped early in her career through roles at Au Bon Pain and Knight Frank India, where she worked across business expansion, market strategy, real estate advisory, and partner negotiations. This blend of experience across real estate, automotive, e-commerce, and consumer services gives her a multidimensional perspective on customer experience across industries.
At Wiom, Rashi will focus on strengthening end-to-end customer journeys, building resilient service models, and embedding customer-centric culture as the company scales. Her deep operational understanding and strategic thinking position her strongly to drive Wiom’s next phase of customer-facing transformation
