Tarun Narula appointed as Business Head at Radcliffe Group of Schools, stepping into a leadership mandate that spans national sales strategy, student outreach, partner engagement, and institutional growth. Based in Mumbai, he brings extensive experience in driving P&L outcomes, scaling education networks, and leading large business operations across India’s skilling and learning ecosystem.
Tarun joins Radcliffe after a successful tenure at Aptech Ltd., where he most recently served as Vice President & National Sales Head for Arena Animation and Special Projects. In this role, he managed the P&L for a network of 200+ franchise partners across India, leading national sales performance, brand expansion, academic delivery, and partner profitability. His leadership contributed to sustained market presence, student acquisition growth, and operational consistency across diverse regional markets.
Prior to his national mandate, Tarun served as Vice President and Geographical Head (West & South) at Arena Animation, driving regional revenue strategy, forecasting, market development, and stakeholder alignment. He also played a pivotal role in business expansion initiatives at EuroKids International, where he led international operations across Nepal and Bangladesh alongside domestic expansion in emerging Indian regions. His efforts strengthened franchise engagement, enrollment growth, skill delivery, and compliance across 125 institutions.
Tarun’s early career includes foundational roles at Aptech, NIIT, and SSI Education, where he built expertise in channel development, academic delivery frameworks, partner enablement, and student acquisition strategies. Over more than 20 years, he has shaped high-growth business models in the education and vocational training sector, consistently bridging market demand with scalable capability development.
