Amendra Singh appointed as Associate Vice President at Krishna Maruti Ltd., bringing with him over two decades of deep operational leadership across the automotive, plastics, and manufacturing sectors. Known for his expertise in strategic planning, P&L management, manufacturing excellence, and large-scale operational transformation, he now takes charge of driving performance, process optimization, and world-class manufacturing standards at the Manesar facility.
Before joining Krishna Maruti Ltd., Amendra served as Plant Head at Polyplastics Decorative Pvt. Ltd., where he oversaw end-to-end manufacturing operations across production, machinery, processing, and packaging. During his tenure, he strengthened operational efficiencies by aligning production schedules with facility capabilities, implementing cost-reduction measures, and driving quality and performance benchmarks to support organizational goals. His role also involved optimizing material planning, enhancing documentation protocols, and ensuring strict adherence to P&L objectives.
Previously, as Head of Operations at SMR Automotive Systems India, and earlier as North Zone Operations Head at Sintex BAPL Ltd., Amendra led multi-plant operations for key automotive clients including Maruti, Honda, TVS, and Mahindra. At Sintex, he progressed from Plant Head to Senior General Manager – Operations, spearheading resource planning, manufacturing excellence, inventory control, and continuous improvement practices across the region. His initiatives in SOP restructuring, risk assessment, workforce upskilling, and implementation of industry-benchmarked tools significantly improved factory KPIs, cost structures, and production quality.
Earlier in his career, Amendra held leadership roles in manufacturing and operations at Lumax Industries and Krishna Ishizaki Auto Ltd., where he drove new product development, quality assurance, Six Sigma initiatives, and major automotive component programs. His contributions included improving vendor rankings, reducing rejection rates, strengthening supplier performance, and leading award-winning quality and 5S programs. His journey through these roles has cemented his reputation as a leader focused on operational excellence, process rigor, and continuous improvement culture.
