Shivam Dwivedi has been appointed as Cluster Business Head – Home Loans for the Delhi Region at Saraswat Bank, bringing over six years of experience in mortgage banking, housing finance, sales leadership, and business development. In his new role, he will lead the bank’s Home Loans business across the Delhi region, focusing on strengthening the builder and channel ecosystem, driving customer-centric lending solutions, expanding the mortgage portfolio, and building high-performing sales teams to support the bank’s growth ambitions.
Prior to joining Saraswat Bank, Shivam was associated with Bajaj Housing Finance Limited, where he served as Area Sales Manager and played a key role in expanding the home loan business across Delhi and Bengaluru. Earlier, he worked with IndusInd Bank as Area Sales Manager and with ICICIdirect (ICICI Securities) in leadership roles including Sales Manager – Home Loans & LAP and Senior Relationship Manager, where he successfully managed high-value mortgage portfolios, strengthened builder and DSA partnerships, accelerated business acquisition, and delivered customer-focused lending solutions across multiple markets.
Throughout his career, Shivam has developed strong expertise in home loan sales, mortgage banking, builder and DSA management, transaction structuring, underwriting coordination, channel development, portfolio growth, relationship management, and business expansion. His ability to build strategic partnerships, drive sales performance, and deliver seamless customer experiences has enabled him to consistently contribute to business growth across leading financial institutions. He further strengthened his professional foundation by earning an MBA from IBS Mumbai, enhancing his leadership, strategic management, and business development capabilities.
Shivam’s appointment reflects Saraswat Bank’s commitment to strengthening its Home Loans business by bringing experienced banking professionals into key leadership roles.
