With over two decades of industry experience, he has consistently spearheaded strategic procurement initiatives, strengthened commercial governance frameworks, optimized project costs, and driven value engineering across large-scale residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
In his elevated role, Rohit will continue to lead the organization’s strategic contracts and commercial functions, with a strong focus on procurement excellence, vendor ecosystem development, risk management, digital transformation, and operational efficiency. Prior to his elevation, Rohit served as Assistant Vice President – Contracts (Team Lead, Mumbai Projects) at Runwal Enterprises, where he successfully led procurement and contract management for several marquee developments. Earlier, he held senior leadership positions at Oberoi Realty as General Manager – Contracts and Deputy General Manager – Commercial. He also spent over seven years with Lodha Group, progressing through multiple leadership roles in commercial management and procurement. In addition, he gained valuable professional experience at Wadhawan Holdings Pvt. Ltd., Runwal Developers Pvt. Ltd., Advance Construction Company Pvt. Ltd., and Ariisto Developers, building a strong foundation in project execution, contracts, budgeting, procurement, and commercial strategy.
A Civil Engineer and an alumnus of the Senior Management Programme at IIM Indore, Rohit brings extensive expertise in strategic procurement, commercial leadership, value engineering, supply chain management, process excellence, and the execution of large-scale real estate developments.
