Sanju Sudhakar has been appointed as Vice President – Sales & Marketing | India & International Business at Makers Hive Innovations, marking a significant milestone in his distinguished career spanning healthcare, diagnostics, medical technology, and strategic business leadership. In his new role, he will be responsible for driving sales growth, strengthening market presence across India and international markets, building strategic partnerships, and accelerating the adoption of innovative healthcare technologies, including the company’s pioneering solutions in assistive and bionic technologies.
Prior to joining Makers Hive Innovations, Sanju spent nearly seven years with Roche, where he held several senior leadership positions, including National Sales Manager – Public Business and Head – Key Accounts & Market Access. As a member of the leadership teams at Roche Diagnostics and Roche Diabetes Care, he led government business, market access, pricing, strategic partnerships, and institutional business initiatives across multiple business units. His contributions included developing growth strategies, driving large-scale healthcare partnerships, expanding market access programs, and leading key account businesses across hospitals, government institutions, retail chains, and pharmaceutical organizations.
Earlier in his career, Sanju held leadership and strategy roles at Medtronic, Sahara India, SOCH Business Mentors, Manipal Hospitals, KIMS Healthcare Management, Max Healthcare, and Bombay Hospital. Across these organizations, he built extensive expertise in healthcare strategy, business transformation, market expansion, healthcare consulting, mergers and acquisitions, commercial excellence, corporate partnerships, and business planning. He has successfully led initiatives involving healthcare investments, hospital operations, strategic growth programs, market-entry projects, and large-scale business transformation efforts across India and international markets.
