Debasish Mukherjee appointed as Chief Business Officer at Infomerica, where he will spearhead India operations with a strong focus on sales strategy, P&L leadership, and market expansion. Bringing over two decades of deep expertise in infrastructure management, global delivery, and enterprise operations, he will be responsible for strengthening Infomerica’s service footprint and driving strategic growth across key business segments.
Debasish has built an extensive leadership career across global technology and managed services organizations. Prior to joining Infomerica, he served as Director at Ascendion, contributing to global delivery for its high-growth markets. His six-year tenure at Collabera Digital as Delivery Director saw him leading the managed services practice, overseeing client onboarding, process design, and seamless collaboration with international sales teams. His work in this space established scalable frameworks that enabled consistent delivery excellence.
Earlier, Debasish held pivotal roles at UST, Brillio, and Collabera, where he managed large infrastructure programs, led multi-technology teams, owned P&L for global accounts, and drove ISO20000 implementations. His experience spans offshore-onshore delivery models, enterprise command center transitions, and operational stabilization for Fortune 500 clients. His early career at Xerox, Microland, and iGATE further strengthened his foundation in infrastructure operations and customer support leadership.
In his new mandate at Infomerica, Debasish is expected to deepen customer engagement, elevate service capability, and steer the organization’s India growth strategy with a performance-driven, operationally disciplined approach. His background in building high-performing delivery ecosystems positions him well to lead the next phase of Infomerica’s expansion.
