In this leadership role, he will spearhead Ship Sale & Purchase (SNP) advisory, new shipbuilding transactions, ship finance, offshore rig leasing, ship recycling, and strategic advisory for maritime and energy assets. He will also lead initiatives in oil & gas block investments, private and auction transactions, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, and collaborations with regulatory bodies and energy commissions across multiple countries. With over 7.5 years of experience, Amarkant has built a strong track record in business development and strategic advisory, specializing in cross-border transactions involving high-value maritime and energy assets. Prior to joining Chowgule Brothers Private Limited, he held key positions at Yooto Marine & Projects Pvt. Ltd., Inspire Group, CROSSBULK, Earth Engineers, and OMEJA Pvt. Ltd., where he gained expertise in ship sale and purchase, offshore rig transactions, maritime asset advisory, shipping finance, tendering, business development, and global client engagement. His experience spans merchant vessels, offshore support vessels, drilling rigs, shipbuilding consultancy, ship recycling, and upstream oil & gas assets.
