Kiritkumar Dumraliya has been appointed as General Manager – Strategic IT Projects (CIO Office) at Lupin, marking another significant milestone in his leadership journey in enterprise technology, digital transformation, and AI-driven innovation. In this role, he will spearhead strategic IT initiatives across the organization, driving enterprise AI adoption, manufacturing automation, digital transformation, and data-driven programs. He will also lead emerging technology initiatives, strengthen stakeholder collaboration, and support enterprise-wide transformation programs aligned with Lupin’s long-term business strategy.
Prior to this appointment, Kiritkumar served as Deputy General Manager – Strategic IT Projects (CIO Office) and Deputy General Manager – Infotech | Digital & Data at Lupin, where he led several high-impact digital transformation initiatives across global manufacturing operations. He successfully deployed Generative AI solutions across sales, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain functions, championed Industry 4.0 technologies including AI, digital twins, IIoT, and advanced analytics, and automated more than 90 business processes through Robotic Process Automation (RPA). He also played a pivotal role in implementing serialization frameworks, strengthening regulatory compliance, and advancing manufacturing excellence through World Economic Forum Lighthouse principles.
Before joining Lupin, Kiritkumar built a strong foundation in enterprise technology consulting and solution architecture through leadership roles at EY, Condot Systems, Kezzler A.S., Ingram Micro, Barcode India Ltd., and Intellicon Pvt. Ltd. Across these organizations, he led digital strategy engagements, enterprise architecture programs, cloud advisory initiatives, serialization and track-and-trace solutions, regulatory compliance projects, and large-scale technology implementations for global clients across life sciences, manufacturing, oil & gas, and supply chain sectors.
With over two decades of experience spanning enterprise IT, AI, digital transformation, Industry 4.0, manufacturing technology, and strategic program management, Kiritkumar has established himself as a technology leader focused on driving innovation and business transformation.
