Amit Jha has joined Tata AIA Life Insurance as Associate Director, marking a new chapter in his career within the life insurance industry.
With extensive experience across sales leadership, business development, agency management and market expansion, Amit has built a strong track record in the insurance sector. His career spans leadership roles with Bajaj General Insurance, Bajaj Allianz Life, Kotak Life and IIFL (India Infoline Group).
Before joining Tata AIA Life Insurance, Amit served as Deputy State Head and Cluster Head at Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance, where he progressed through multiple leadership responsibilities after earlier roles including Deputy Area Manager, Associate Area Manager and Senior Territory Manager.
His professional journey also includes several years with Kotak Life, where he progressed from Agency Partner to Chief Managing Partner, as well as a leadership stint with IIFL, progressing from Team Leader to Divisional Manager. He began his career with Aegis as a Customer Care Executive, building the foundation for a career that has steadily evolved into senior business and sales leadership.
In his new role as Associate Director at Tata AIA Life Insurance, Amit brings together years of experience in leading teams, driving business growth and developing strong distribution and customer relationships.
