Neelamadhaba Panda has been appointed as Site Head – Green Hydrogen & Green Ammonia at Jakson Green, marking a significant advancement in his nearly two-decade career across chemical engineering, process engineering, operations, project execution, commissioning, and business development. In his new role, he will focus on driving the development and execution of green hydrogen and green ammonia projects, with emphasis on technology integration, project delivery, operational excellence, and business growth.
With extensive experience across the chemical, petrochemical, fertilizer, and emerging energy sectors, he has built strong expertise in greenfield, brownfield, and revamp projects. Before joining Jakson Green, he served as Head – Corporate Project and Process at Indorama Corporation, where he worked on project feasibility, technology selection, CAPEX and OPEX evaluation, project economics, technical bids, vendor selection, project execution planning and new acquisitions. Earlier, he held project and process leadership roles at Haldia Petrochemicals Limited, DCM Shriram Chemicals and ONGC Petro additions Limited.
Throughout his career, Neelamadhaba has contributed to several complex industrial projects, including the commissioning and operation of India’s first styrene-butadiene rubber plant at Indian Synthetic Rubber Limited and India’s First Dual feed Cracker Unit at ONGC Petro Additions Ltd. His experience spans project execution and commissioning, process optimization, manufacturing operations, technical evaluation, safety studies, multidisciplinary coordination, and team leadership, providing him with a strong combination of technical depth and execution capability.
At Jakson Green, Neelamadhaba will leverage this diverse experience to build and scale green hydrogen and green ammonia businesses—from concept and technology selection through engineering, construction, commissioning, and commercial operations. His focus on developing safe, reliable, efficient, and commercially sustainable assets aligns with the growing demand for clean-energy solutions and supports India’s transition towards a low-carbon and sustainable energy ecosystem.
