Ltd. – The Society Clinic, marking a significant milestone in his professional journey across human resources, people management and healthcare operations. With 8+ years of experience, Dhruvil has built his career around the belief that strong organisations are shaped by strong people and that meaningful healthcare begins with a people-first approach.
In his new leadership role, Dhruvil will focus on the growth and strategic development of The Society Clinic, with responsibilities spanning people leadership, healthcare operations, business growth and resident experience. His work is aligned with the vision of bringing accessible healthcare closer to residential communities through 24/7 emergency support, primary healthcare, preventive care, diagnostics, physiotherapy, nursing and home healthcare services. The Society Clinic has established 13+ live healthcare centres across Ahmedabad and has already attended 137+ emergencies, reflecting its growing presence in community-based healthcare.
Before taking on the Director role, Dhruvil served as Human Resources Manager at The Family Member, where he focused on people and organisational responsibilities. Earlier, he was associated with Kids Age Children National Newspaper as Human Resources Manager and began his professional journey with Airtek Enterprise as an HR Admin Executive. His progression reflects a career that has evolved from HR administration and people management to taking broader responsibility for healthcare operations and organisational growth.
From building teams and strengthening people practices to helping establish and manage healthcare centres, Dhruvil’s journey represents a transition from managing people to creating impact at scale.
