Prashant Shukla has been elevated to the position of Regional Manager (Sales & Operations) at SHUBHAM READYMIX CONCRETE (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED, marking a significant step forward in his professional journey within the ready-mix concrete and construction industry. Based in Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh, Prashant now oversees the Prayagraj, Varanasi and Gorakhpur plants, taking responsibility for regional business growth, operational excellence, customer satisfaction and market expansion.
In his expanded role, Prashant is responsible for driving regional sales strategies, achieving revenue and volume targets, strengthening relationships with customers, contractors, builders, consultants and infrastructure developers, while ensuring efficient end-to-end RMC plant operations. His mandate also encompasses production planning, dispatch, logistics, fleet utilization, quality standards, safety compliance, cost optimization and cross-functional coordination with procurement, finance, quality and maintenance teams. His leadership comes at a time when SHUBHAM READYMIX CONCRETE is strengthening its presence across key markets including Prayagraj, Varanasi, Gorakhpur, Lucknow, Jhansi and Ayodhya.
Prashant brings valuable industry experience from his earlier tenure with SHUBHAM READYMIX CONCRETE (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED, where he served as Plant Manager from August 2024 to July 2026 in Prayagraj. Before joining the organization, he worked with Infra.Market as Production Incharge in Indore, managing production, inventory, supply chain utilization, customer support, invoicing, maintenance, safety and daily operations. Earlier in his career, he served as a Lecturer at LDC Group of Institutions, building a foundation in communication, training and people management.
His academic and professional development further complements his operational leadership. A graduate of Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Prashant has also completed a certification in Supply Chain Management, strengthening his understanding of logistics, operations and supply chain strategy. His professional interests and experience span Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Production Planning, Plant Management, Sales, Customer Relationship Management, Safety, Quality and Operational Excellence.
