Shrikant Dhole has been elevated to Regional Head – Operations (South) at Arvind SmartSpaces Limited, marking another significant milestone in a distinguished career spanning more than three decades in the construction and real estate industry.
A seasoned operations leader, Shrikant has consistently demonstrated excellence in project execution, operational leadership, customer-centric delivery, and team development. In his new role, Shrikant will lead South Operations for Arvind SmartSpaces, overseeing project execution, driving operational excellence, strengthening cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality developments that create long-term value for customers and stakeholders.
Prior to this elevation, he served as Head (West Zone) – Operations at Arvind SmartSpaces Limited, where he played a key role in driving major township developments and strengthening the company’s operational capabilities. His extensive professional journey also includes senior leadership positions at Mangalam Landmarks, Kalpataru Limited, VTP Group, XRBIA Developers, Pride Purple Group, and Gera Developments, where he successfully led complex construction projects, large multidisciplinary teams, and operations across diverse real estate developments.
