Rajeev Kumar Tiwari has been appointed as Assistant Vice President – Projects at Taj Cement (Hills Cement Company Limited), where he will be responsible for leading project management initiatives, engineering excellence, and execution strategies across the organization. With more than 30 years of experience in the cement industry, Tiwari brings extensive expertise in project execution, EPC operations, maintenance, operations management, safety, quality management, process optimization, and cost control. His leadership experience in greenfield and brownfield projects positions him to drive successful project delivery and sustainable growth through innovation and collaboration.

Prior to joining Taj Cement, Tiwari served as Project Head (Corporate Office) at Rungta Mines Limited, where he led cement project initiatives with a focus on EPC execution and project delivery. Before that, he was associated with Dalmia Bharat Group as GM Project – Dalmia Cement and HOD (Mechanical), where he successfully executed the erection and commissioning of multiple grinding units, including Lanka Grinding Unit in North East India, Kapilas Grinding Unit, and Bokaro Grinding Unit. He also contributed to specialized projects including packing plant commissioning and pyro section upgradation activities across Dalmia Bharat Group locations.
Throughout his career, Rajeev Kumar Tiwari has demonstrated strong capabilities in managing complex cement projects, leading multidisciplinary teams, and delivering operational excellence across various stages of project lifecycle management.
