Prior to this appointment, Biswarup served as Vice President at Emcutix Biopharmaceuticals Limited, where he contributed to commercial growth initiatives, strategic business development, and strengthening the company’s presence in the pharmaceutical landscape. His leadership experience in building business strategies and driving execution has been instrumental in delivering sustainable outcomes.
Before joining Emcutix Biopharmaceuticals Limited, Biswarup spent over six years with Alkem Laboratories Ltd. as General Manager, where he played a key role in sales operations, market expansion, business planning, and team leadership. Earlier, he was associated with Galderma as Sales Manager, where he gained strong expertise in dermatology-focused sales, brand development, and customer relationship management.
Biswarup’s professional journey also includes an impactful 14-year tenure with Ranbaxy as Regional Manager, where he managed regional sales operations, business growth initiatives, and strategic customer relationships. He began his career with Unisearch Laboratories India Private Limited as Clinical Business Associate, building his foundation in pharmaceutical sales and healthcare market operations.
