Agam Aadhaar Talwar has been elevated to Vice President of Sales, US West at Darwinbox, reflecting his journey as a global market-building and enterprise growth leader across India, Asia, and North America.
Over nearly eight years at Darwinbox, Agam has played a key role in scaling enterprise go-to-market motions, driving strategic customer growth, building high-performing teams, and helping strengthen the company’s presence across multiple geographies and customer segments. From contributing to Darwinbox’s growth in India and Asia to helping accelerate its enterprise expansion in North America, he has been closely involved in building scalable GTM playbooks and executive-led growth initiatives in highly competitive markets.
As Regional Sales Director in the United States, Agam helped strengthen Darwinbox’s enterprise business while competing against established global HCM providers such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, and UKG. He has worked closely with enterprise leaders across HR, IT, Finance, and business functions on large-scale workforce transformation initiatives focused on employee experience, operational agility, and business outcomes.
In his new role, Agam will lead Darwinbox’s US West business, with a focus on enterprise growth, strategic expansion, executive relationships, and helping organizations navigate HR transformation in an AI-native world.
Prior to Darwinbox, Agam held leadership roles at ADP and HCL Technologies across enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, alliances, and M&A sourcing initiatives, building deep experience across enterprise SaaS, ecosystem-led growth, and market expansion.
