Ankur previously spent nearly four years at Essence, where he contributed to high-impact campaign strategies and guided end-to-end communication planning for major brands. Earlier in his career, he advanced through key roles at Omnicom Media Group and MEC, strengthening agency–client alignment and ensuring seamless delivery of integrated media plans. His work highlighted strong control over media buying, cross-functional collaboration, and effective stakeholder management.

His foundational media journey began at Mindshare, where he spearheaded 360-degree strategy and implementation for brands like Lay’s, Uncle Chipps, and Quaker Oats, developing plans across TV, print, radio, digital, and activation. Prior to that, he built core planning capabilities at Zenith, working on prominent brands such as Uninor, Karbonn Mobiles, Godfrey Phillips, HTC, and Yakult Danone. These early roles shaped his expertise in competitive analysis, campaign architecture, and category-level communication strategy.
