As CEO, Kartik is spearheading a comprehensive transformation agenda that integrates artificial intelligence, data analytics, and human ingenuity to deliver scalable outcomes. His vision is to position DBSL as a customer-obsessed organisation—one that listens deeply, innovates continuously, and creates tangible value through intelligent automation and data-driven decisioning. Under his leadership, the company is enhancing its global presence across North America, Europe, and APAC, strengthening its offerings in B2B data solutions, demand generation, and finance & accounting outsourcing.
Before taking on this leadership role, Kartik served as Managing Director – Business Consulting & Global Business Services (Sales) at Nexdigm, where he led large-scale business transformation and consulting engagements. His work at Nexdigm was pivotal in shaping global shared services strategies and helping clients embrace next-generation operating models. Prior to that, he held senior executive positions at WPP (Financeplus), where he served as Managing Director and also as a Board Member at WPP Marketing Communications India.
Kartik’s earlier leadership journey includes impactful roles at Avaya, Aviva (through WNS), and HCL Technologies, where he was instrumental in building high-performing operations and driving digital and process innovation across shared services and enterprise functions. His experience spans over two decades, combining strategic vision, operational excellence, and people-centric leadership.
