Dinesh Meshram has joined Lloyds Metals & Energy Ltd as Assistant General Manager – Automation & Instrumentation, bringing with him nearly two decades of expertise in industrial automation, instrumentation, and control systems. Based in Chandrapur, Maharashtra, Dinesh will play a key role in enhancing the automation landscape of the company’s operations and driving innovation across its energy and metals verticals.

In his new capacity, Dinesh is responsible for leading automation and instrumentation projects that integrate advanced SCADA systems, PLCs, and industrial control technologies to improve process efficiency and reliability. His leadership will focus on modernising plant operations, optimising instrumentation systems, and enabling smarter manufacturing through technology-driven solutions.

Before joining Lloyds Metals & Energy Ltd, Dinesh served as Senior Manager at Jindal Stainless, where he contributed to several large-scale automation and control system implementations. Prior to that, he spent over seven years with Evonith Metallics Limited, managing end-to-end automation projects involving PCS7, HMIs, and industrial commissioning. His career also includes impactful roles at Uttam Galva Steels Ltd., Cotmac Electronics Pvt. Ltd., and XPDas Pvt. Ltd., where he honed his skills in Siemens PLCs, SCADA, drives, and project execution.

Throughout his professional journey, Dinesh has built a strong foundation in instrumentation engineering and industrial technology integration. His expertise spans project management, commissioning, team leadership, and system optimisation—making him a valuable addition to Lloyds Metals & Energy Ltd’s technical leadership team.

With his appointment as Assistant General Manager, Dinesh is set to contribute to the company’s ongoing digital and operational transformation initiatives, ensuring that automation and instrumentation continue to be key enablers of efficiency, safety, and sustainable growth in manufacturing operations.
