In this expanded role, he will continue to lead end to end operational excellence across warehousing, transportation, distribution, fleet coordination, service performance, and customer focused delivery throughout Satguru’s PAN India operations.
Since the beginning of his tenure, Santanu has consistently strengthened the organization’s operational backbone. His structured execution, KPI aligned governance, data driven decision making, and continuous improvement mindset have significantly enhanced service reliability, productivity, and overall operational stability.
With more than two decades of multi sector experience across FMCG operations, logistics and supply chain, manufacturing and distribution, cold chain and temperature-controlled logistics, telematics based fleet operations, and international FMCG supply chain environments, Santanu brings deep operational insight and mature leadership capability.
He further strengthens his mandate with proven expertise in supply chain security and risk governance, strategic project leadership, lean six sigma problem solving, data intelligence and BI reporting, AI-enabled decision making, and customer service excellence — enabling scalable, reliable, and transformation-driven outcomes.
