Tushar Bobade appointed as Assistant Vice President at Citi India. Based in Pune, he contributes to the bank’s technology and data transformation initiatives, bringing his strong technical background and hands-on engineering expertise to support complex, large-scale financial data systems.
Before joining Citi India, Tushar worked with LTIMindtree for nearly five years, where he grew from Senior Data Engineer to Specialist in Data Engineering. During this period, he played an important role in designing and implementing scalable data pipelines, optimizing data flows, and supporting digital transformation projects for global clients. His work spanned end-to-end data engineering, advanced ETL design, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
Across his tenure at LTIMindtree, Tushar developed deep proficiency in modern data engineering tools, cloud environments, and analytics-driven architectures. His ability to translate business requirements into robust data platforms strengthened project delivery and positioned him as a dependable technical lead within his teams. His exposure to diverse enterprise environments further enhanced his problem-solving and solution-building capabilities. Tushar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
