His contributions include setting up and heading the enterprise digital products team, launching 20+ high-impact features for the retail app, building Customer 360 platforms, integrating SuccessFactors HRMS via RPA on WhatsApp, and delivering an industry-first LLM-powered BOT to improve customer NPS and operational efficiency. He later advanced through Senior Manager and Manager roles, establishing the entire WhatsApp NLP ecosystem featured by META and driving digital adoption across millions of users.
