Himanshu Yadav has been elevated to Assistant General Manager – Business Development at The House of Rare. In this new role, he will be responsible for driving market expansion, strengthening retail performance, and building strategic growth initiatives across regions. His focus will include identifying new business opportunities, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing brand presence in key fashion retail markets.
Himanshu has been associated with The House of Rare for over eight years, growing through multiple leadership roles. Most recently, he served as Zonal Head – North & East, where he led regional business operations, scaled store networks, and managed end-to-end retail performance. His ability to develop high-performing teams, improve store productivity, and drive targeted sales initiatives contributed significantly to the brand’s growth trajectory in the northern and eastern regions.
Prior to this, he held roles as Regional Sales Manager and Area Sales Manager within the organization. During these assignments, he played a key role in new store openings, customer experience enhancement, and developing region-specific sales strategies. His deep understanding of the fashion retail landscape, customer behavior, and market trends has helped shape localized strategies that align with brand identity and business objectives.
Before joining The House of Rare, Himanshu worked with Reliance Brands Limited and Bestseller India, where he gained hands-on retail operations and store leadership experience. With strong expertise in business development, store management, and fashion retail operations, his elevation reinforces The House of Rare’s focus on strengthening its market footprint through leadership that understands both brand philosophy and operational execution.
