Prior to this, Sai served as Product Portfolio Manager at Parijat Industries (India) Ltd, where he managed end-to-end product strategy, competitive assessment, go-to-market planning, and performance tracking for major crop protection products. His contributions supported regional market growth and enhanced product adoption across multiple geographies.
Before that, he worked with Rallis India Ltd, where he led sales and marketing operations, channel development, dealer network expansion, and farmer engagement programs across Andhra Pradesh. His efforts strengthened brand visibility and helped build impactful on-ground relationships with key stakeholders.
With more than nine years of diverse experience in the agricultural chemical sector, Sai brings deep expertise in business development, marketing strategy, portfolio planning, and product management.
