Vikramjit Singh Dua has joined Hitbullseye as Assistant Vice President, bringing over 17 years of experience across sales, operations, partnerships, and quality assurance in the education, learning and development, and non-profit sectors. At Hitbullseye, he will lead strategic initiatives to drive growth and innovation across the company’s SaaS-based B2B education solutions, competitive exam preparation platforms, and digital transformation projects for schools and colleges, further strengthening its position in the Education 4.0 ecosystem.
Before this, he served as Head of Operations at Sikh Research Institute, where he led strategic and operational functions to strengthen the organization’s global presence across the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and India. His leadership helped build sustainable frameworks for efficiency and growth while enabling Sikh Research Institute to further its mission of educational outreach and community engagement across continents.
Earlier, Vikramjit was associated with Sri Chaitanya Educational Institutions as a key leader in sales, operations, and training, managing the P&L for the Patiala zonal office covering over 10 cities. He conducted extensive faculty development programs and student career workshops, driving operational excellence and process efficiency across the region. Prior to this, he worked with Aakash Educational Services Limited as Regional Training Manager – North, where he led training and development initiatives across multiple states to enhance sales performance and operational standards.
He also spent over six years with Tata STRIVE, where he held the role of Regional Manager – Operational Excellence, managing flagship skill development programs, His earlier career includes impactful roles with Lakshya Institute, Bulls Eye, and NIIT Limited, where he drove business development, training, and operational initiatives in the education and skilling ecosystem.
