Raghuveer Singh Rathore has joined Nuvoco Vistas Corp. Ltd. as Deputy General Manager (Sales & Marketing), based in Ahmedabad, where he will lead operations across North Gujarat, Saurashtra, and Kutch. With over 22 years of experience in the cement industry — including 18 years of leadership within Gujarat — he brings deep market expertise and a proven track record in driving regional growth and brand expansion.
Before this, he served as Regional Sales Head at Nuvoco Vistas Corp. Ltd., where he successfully managed sales operations and dealer networks across key Gujarat regions, implementing effective strategies to enhance market penetration and customer engagement.
Earlier, he held the position of Assistant General Manager at Shree Cement Ltd., overseeing sales and marketing for Gujarat. His leadership contributed significantly to business growth, dealer network expansion, and maintaining a strong regional presence in a highly competitive cement market.
Raghuveer’s prior experience includes key roles with ABG Cement Ltd., Sanghi Industries Limited, JK Lakshmi Cement Ltd., and Neorise Management Consultants, where he honed his skills in strategic sales, business development, and channel management. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for his leadership in developing new markets, managing large dealer networks, and implementing innovative sales strategies.
