Anjali Mandotra has been appointed as Associate Vice President – Human Resources at YAAP. In her new role, she will be driving strategic HR initiatives, fostering a people-first culture, and strengthening organizational growth across the company’s creative and digital ecosystem. Anjali is recognized as a BW HR 40 Under 40 (2023) honoree and a GCC Women Leader Finalist (2025), reflecting her exceptional contributions to HR leadership and talent transformation.
Before joining YAAP, Anjali served with McCann Worldgroup for over five years, where she rose through the ranks from Manager Human Resources to Associate Vice President – Human Resources. During her tenure, she led DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) initiatives, organizational development programs, and managed the full spectrum of HR operations for over 350 employees, making a significant impact on people engagement and business alignment.
Earlier in her career, Anjali was associated with Newgen Software, where she managed end-to-end HR processes as Senior Executive Human Resources and Executive Human Resources. Her work focused on strengthening gender diversity, employee relations, and business-driven HR solutions for large teams.
She began her professional journey with Trident Group India, where she served as Manager – Customer Service (Yarn & Paper Exports).
