Before joining IndusInd Bank, Prathamesh served for nearly nine years with HDFC Bank, where he steadily progressed through multiple roles, from Deputy Manager to Senior Manager. His tenure there was marked by leadership in counterparty and treasury risk monitoring, exposure management, and credit operations. He made significant contributions toward strengthening risk governance and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, demonstrating a deep understanding of financial control mechanisms.
Earlier in his career, Prathamesh worked with SS&C Technologies, where he managed derivatives settlement and collateral management processes. His expertise in financial reconciliations, trade settlements, and risk control helped streamline back-office operations and strengthen compliance systems within global financial frameworks.
He began his professional journey with India Infoline Ltd (IIFL) in the equity advisory segment, where he developed a strong foundation in financial analysis, client advisory, and capital markets operations. This early exposure to financial markets provided him with a keen insight into investment strategies and risk management — skills that have since defined his professional trajectory.
With his appointment as Assistant Vice President at IndusInd Bank, Prathamesh Revankar is set to leverage his extensive experience in finance, risk management, and operations to drive process efficiency and regulatory alignment.
