With over 18 years of experience spanning technology, BPO, analytics, and business operations, Mr. Sahay brings deep expertise in aligning performance metrics, analytics, and leadership to drive measurable impact. His track record of operational transformation and people-focused leadership will play a vital role in shaping Outer Orbit’s future.
Before joining Outer Orbit Technologies, he served as Associate Director at FiveS Digital, where he led national WFM & MIS operations and played a central role in improving workforce management and analytics for customer experience solutions. Over more than three years, he helped establish data-driven frameworks that enhanced performance across BPO and digital operations.
Previously, Mr. Sahay worked as Business Intelligence Manager at Apptad Inc., where he led WFM and MIS strategy nationally, leveraging BI tools to optimize delivery efficiency. His earlier leadership roles at iSON Xperiences as Deputy Manager – WFM (Regional Head) and at Mildtrix Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as Business Excellence – WFM & MIS Manager highlight his strong foundation in analytics, customer experience, and workforce management across regions.
His professional journey also includes significant tenures at Spring Techno Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Aditya Birla Minacs Worldwide Ltd., and Reliance BPO (Reliance Infostreams Pvt. Ltd.), where he managed large-scale back-office operations, led regional WFM teams, and drove KPIs across complex business processes. He began his career in FMCG sales with Kumkum Agencies Pvt. Ltd., gaining early exposure to sales strategy and team management.
In his new role at Outer Orbit Technologies, based in Ranchi, Mr. Sahay will focus on driving delivery excellence, scaling operations, and ensuring client success through technology-led strategies. His leadership will be instrumental in strengthening business performance, optimizing delivery models, and steering the organization toward its next phase of sustainable growth.
