Prior to this role, Varun served as Deputy General Manager of Sales for the South region at Clove Dental, where he managed a team of 250 professionals and successfully achieved revenue targets of INR 40 crores. He collaborated with multiple departments including logistics, planning, and services to streamline operations, improve customer journeys, and ensure operational excellence. Varun also provided strategic inputs for SOP creation, fulfillment programs, and team development initiatives, reflecting his expertise in cross-functional leadership.
Varun’s earlier experience includes leadership roles at Redcliffe Labs, where he held the positions of Vice President of Sales and Head of Sales & Operations. There, he built high-performing teams, simplified sales processes, enhanced employee productivity, and ensured business profitability. His work involved aligning multiple teams across functions, managing customer experience programs, and implementing analytics-driven strategies to optimize sales and service performance.
Before joining the healthcare sector, Varun gained extensive experience in operations and sales management across organizations such as Healthians, MBA Consult, HomeShop18, Startek India, and iEnergizer Limited. Across these roles, he honed his skills in team building, performance management, customer engagement, CRM implementation, and process improvement. Varun consistently demonstrated the ability to drive business growth while improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
