With over nine years of experience driving strategic growth and innovation, Deepak brings a strong passion for advancing energy solutions through cutting-edge technology, business development, and global market expansion.
At TCPL Packaging, he is spearheading new product development and business initiatives in the battery sector while crafting global sales strategies to expand the company’s footprint in the new energy market. His role encompasses long-term business contract negotiations, market research, customer relationship management, and leading a high-performing sales team to deliver consistent revenue growth. Based in Mumbai, Deepak’s work focuses on building robust partnerships and ensuring TCPL stays at the forefront of the evolving battery ecosystem.
Before joining TCPL Packaging, Deepak worked as Senior Manager – Global Sales and Marketing (Battery Foils) at Shyam Metalics and Energy Limited. During his tenure, he played a key role in expanding the company’s international market presence, developing sales strategies, and driving cross-functional collaborations across regions. His leadership in the battery materials domain contributed significantly to the company’s visibility in the sustainable energy landscape.
Earlier, he spent over six years at Targray, where he advanced from Sales Executive to Key Account Manager. Deepak managed global clients across the U.S., Europe, and Asia, focusing on Li-ion cell equipment, raw materials, and metals. His consistent contribution in identifying growth areas and nurturing client relationships helped strengthen Targray’s position in the global battery supply chain.
Before entering the energy space, Deepak gained valuable sales and client management experience at Realfinity Realty Pvt. Ltd., where he worked on lead generation, client handling, and end-to-end sales operations. His early exposure to customer engagement and market development laid the foundation for his later success in industrial and technology-driven sectors.
