With a strong background in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and private equity, Gunjan brings a rich blend of financial acumen, strategic execution, and deal advisory experience to her new leadership role. In her elevated position, she will continue to strengthen Veda’s capabilities in mid-market investment banking, supporting clients across high-growth sectors and driving value through complex transaction structuring and execution.
Prior to this appointment, Gunjan served as a Senior Associate at Veda Corporate Advisors, where she was actively involved in managing and executing M&A and private equity transactions. Over the past two years, she has played a key role in financial modeling, due diligence, valuation, and client relationship management—demonstrating sharp analytical insight and strategic understanding of deal-making in the Indian market.
Before joining Veda, Gunjan worked with Clairfield International as an Investment Banking Analyst. There, she honed her expertise in equity research, business analysis, and transaction advisory, contributing to several cross-border and domestic mandates. Her analytical rigor and client-focused approach helped her gain exposure across multiple industries, including technology, consumer, and industrial sectors.
Earlier in her career, she began her professional journey with M.R. Hundiwala & Co, where she worked as a Tax and Audit Consultant, providing audit, tax advisory, and compliance services to a diverse set of clients. A qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Gunjan’s strong academic foundation complements her practical expertise in finance and investments.
