With a strong background in product management, Devendra brings over three years of experience at HCLSoftware, where he contributed to product innovation for HCL IO and the BigFix suite of products. His expertise includes managing AI-powered automation tools such as BigFix Runbook AI and BigFix Resolve, implementing strategic roadmaps, executing end-to-end release management, and leveraging customer insights to shape product direction. He has also developed strong skills in competitive analysis, backlog management, cross-functional collaboration, and agile product management.
Prior to his product leadership roles, Devendra honed his skills as a Business Systems Analyst and Management Trainee at HCLSoftware, gaining valuable experience in coordinating product launches, gathering market intelligence, preparing performance dashboards, and collaborating across engineering, sales, and marketing teams to drive product success. His tenure also includes impactful work at Big Bazaar – Future Retail, where he focused on customer handling and lead generation for new online functionalities.
