Naresh Kumar has been appointed as the Group Head of Human Resources at Brickwork India, Bengaluru. In his new role, Naresh will be responsible for leading HR strategy, organizational transformation, and talent initiatives across the company’s operations, aligning people strategy with the firm’s growth objectives in the knowledge process outsourcing and consulting sectors.
With over 18 years of rich HR leadership experience, Naresh has worked across leading organizations including Dayforce, Kadbits, Capgemini, and Infosys BPM. In his most recent role as Senior Manager – HRBP at Dayforce, he managed a workforce of over 1,400 employees across India, the U.S., and Europe. He played a pivotal role in driving HR business partnering, performance management, employee engagement, grievance redressal, succession planning, and retention of high-potential talent. His initiatives helped improve the company’s Net Promoter Score (NPS) from 65% to 92%, and contributed to it being recognized as a ‘Best Place to Work’.
Prior to his tenure at Dayforce, Naresh served as Human Resources Director at Kadbits, where he implemented people analytics frameworks, optimized HR processes, and led talent development programs that enhanced productivity and employee satisfaction. At Capgemini, he spent over eight years as Lead HR Business Partner, overseeing HR operations, workforce planning, and leadership development initiatives across large-scale projects. He began his career at Magus Customer Dialog and Infosys BPM, gaining extensive exposure to HR systems, employee relations, and process excellence.
At Brickwork India, Naresh will focus on scaling HR infrastructure, reinforcing leadership capability, and building a strong organizational culture that promotes innovation, collaboration, and employee well-being. His appointment underscores Brickwork India’s commitment to strengthening its human capital practices as it continues to expand its global delivery footprint and client base.
