Mayukh Chowdhury has been appointed as Deputy General Manager – Global Leadership Hiring at VOIS. In this new role, Mayukh will lead global leadership recruitment initiatives, focusing on identifying, attracting, and hiring senior executives across technology, digital transformation, and strategic business functions for VOIS worldwide.
Mayukh joins VOIS from JPMorgan Chase, where he served as Associate Vice President – Technology Leadership Recruiting, driving talent acquisition for roles in application development, product engineering, data analytics, cloud, AI, and IT infrastructure. His work there strengthened leadership hiring across key technology verticals, contributing to JPMorgan’s innovation and digital growth agenda.
Prior to that, Mayukh held leadership roles at Accolite, Microland Limited, and Molex, where he led talent acquisition delivery across IT, operations, engineering, supply chain, and finance domains. He also spent several years at HP as Talent Acquisition Lead, partnering with multiple business units to attract and hire top industry talent across telecom, communication, and cloud technology verticals.
With over 17 years of experience spanning leadership hiring, strategic talent delivery, and workforce planning, Mayukh’s appointment reinforces VOIS’s commitment to building a strong global talent ecosystem. His expertise in executive hiring and cross-functional collaboration will play a key role in driving VOIS’s leadership excellence and future growth.
