Swapnil Kshirsagar has been elevated to Vice President & Head Leasing – Pulse at Welspun One, leading client development and leasing initiatives for its flagship World Trade Centre, Thane. In his new role, Swapnil will drive the integration of urban logistics, modern workspaces, and retail & experience zones, ensuring that Pulse continues to deliver sustainable, technology-enabled, and future-ready commercial solutions for India’s urban economy.
Swapnil brings over 15 years of experience in industrial, logistics, and commercial real estate. Before joining Welspun One, he held key leadership roles at Lodha Group, where he was General Manager – Leasing | Industrial & Logistics, and at Savills India, as Associate Director – Industrial & Logistics. He has also contributed significantly to JLL India, Knight Frank India, and HDFC Realty, spearheading industrial services, asset management, and client relationship initiatives.
At Pulse, Swapnil will focus on fostering collaboration with e-commerce, 3PL, FMCG, healthcare, and tech-driven enterprises, supporting seamless urban distribution, flexible office solutions, and lifestyle-driven engagement spaces. His extensive expertise in leasing, industrial operations, and strategic client development positions him to strengthen Pulse’s footprint as a hub of commerce, connectivity, and innovation in India.
