Lyndon Louis has taken on the role of National Creative Director at Exicon Group India, effective August 2025. Based in Mumbai, he will lead the creative vision and strategy for the group, driving innovative campaigns and integrated marketing solutions across the company’s diverse portfolio. With more than a decade of leadership experience in the advertising and healthcare communications industry, Lyndon brings a wealth of expertise in creative direction, strategy, and storytelling. Prior to this role, he served as Executive Creative Director at McCann Health India, where he was instrumental in shaping impactful campaigns and elevating creative excellence. His earlier tenure at Brandcare Medical Advertising, Havas Life Sorento, and Sorento Healthcare Communications further highlights his consistent track record of driving award-winning work in healthcare advertising.

Beyond his professional roles, Lyndon is recognised on the global creative stage. He has served as a jury member at prestigious international festivals, including Cannes Lions 2018, Spikes Asia (Jury Chair 2024 and Jury 2019), The One Show 2021, Clio Craft 2024, Lisbon Adfest (2019–2023), and the New York Festivals (2013, 2016, 2019, 2024). These honours underline his reputation as a thought leader in the advertising industry and his ability to identify work that sets new creative benchmarks.
