Harjit Singh Bhui has taken on the role of Chief Project Officer at Raheja Universal, effective July 2025. Based in Mumbai, Harjit brings with him over three decades of in-depth experience in construction, engineering, and project management, making his appointment a strategic step towards accelerating Raheja Universal’s large-scale development initiatives.
Prior to joining Raheja Universal, Harjit served as President and Head – EPC at Omkar Realtors & Developers, where he oversaw the execution of engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) activities across marquee urban projects. His earlier tenure at Sunteck Realty Ltd. saw him rise from Executive Vice President – EPC to Chief Construction Officer, driving operational excellence, design execution, and timely delivery across multiple residential and commercial developments.
Throughout his distinguished career, Harjit has held senior leadership positions with some of India’s most prominent real estate brands including Runwal Group, Lodha Group, Kalpataru Ltd., and K. Raheja Constructions. Known for his deep technical expertise and ability to manage large teams and complex urban infrastructure, he has successfully delivered high-rise towers, mixed-use spaces, and township projects in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
Harjit holds an Executive MBA in Civil Engineering and began his career as a site engineer in the early 1990s. His rise through the ranks of India’s real estate and construction sector stands testament to his consistent delivery, project acumen, and leadership in managing end-to-end project life cycles.
In his new role at Raheja Universal, Harjit is expected to lead project delivery strategies, streamline construction workflows, and play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely execution of the company’s flagship developments across Mumbai.
