Parijat Joshi has been elevated to the role of Deputy General Manager – HR & IR (Manufacturing) at RR Kabel Limited, marking yet another milestone in his distinguished career in human resources and industrial relations. Based in Vadodara, Gujarat, Parijat now takes charge of HR & IR strategy for the manufacturing vertical, further strengthening the organization’s people and process backbone.
Since joining RR Kabel Limited in May 2023 as Associate General Manager – HR & IR, Parijat has played a critical role in shaping labor and employee relations, compliance frameworks, and workforce engagement initiatives across the manufacturing units. His promotion reflects the value he has brought to the organization over the past two years, especially in optimizing HR operations and enhancing organizational culture on the shop floor.
Before RR Kabel, Parijat served as Plant Head – HR & IR at Setco, where he led strategic HR planning, industrial relations, and talent engagement at the plant level. His previous leadership role at BMW Gallops Autohaus Ahmedabad saw him manage HR functions for multiple automotive and manufacturing brands across Gujarat and Maharashtra, overseeing more than 2,000 employees and a 12-member HR team. His early career at Group Landmark further solidified his reputation, where he served in several strategic roles ranging from corporate HR and compensation to M&A integration and compliance.
With over 15 years of diverse experience in the manufacturing, automotive, and retail sectors, Parijat brings a holistic view of HR and industrial relations. His depth in change management, policy development, and team leadership continues to make a lasting impact in every organization he associates with.
