Rakhi brings over 15 years of diverse HR experience, having previously worked with Lactalis Group, where she spent nearly seven years as Senior Manager – Commercial/Sales HRBP & Talent Acquisition, supporting large-scale workforce strategies across the FMCG sector. Her earlier stints with Bajaj Processpack Limited and in-tech Group India Pvt. Ltd. further enriched her expertise in talent development, workforce planning, and leadership capability building.
